Section  1:  pick up by private car or van depending on group size from Cam Ranh Airport to Nha Trang city.

- 16 seater van: 700,000 VND / 1 way from Cam Ranh airport to bus departure station in Nha Trang

7 seater MPV car:  max 4 passengers with luggage, max: 6 passenger with hand bag.

16 seater Van : from 05 passengers with luggage to max 09  passengers with luggages; 14 passenger with hand bag.

Section 2: depart to Dalat by joining  limousine van from Nha Trang to Dalat;  the deparure time will be at least after 2 hours according to your flight arrival time at Cam Ranh airport.

07:00, 08:30, 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00

Drop off at hotel in Dalat within 5 km from city center.

Booking process:  After checking the seat availability, we will hold the seat you select in normaly  in 1 hour  or with the commitment time. Once payment has been received, the bus ticket will be issued immediately, and therefore cannot be refunded. Confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Kindly provide us with  WhatsApp number, when booking for the bus operartor to contact you when pick up or to inform you if there are any changes in your trip.

- Send us your hotel address in Nha Trang and hotel address in Dalat for checking the available pick up and drop off point.

After we check the availability, then we will reply to your email enclosed with payment link by credit card under buyer name (Please note that all online credit transactions  will apply on cutomer's side).
After we received your payment then we send the confirmation and e-ticket to you.

What passengers need to do before departure:

- Passenger are recommended to be at the meeting point for pick up at least 30 minutes before departure.

- About pick up point:  please choose the place for pick up or meeting point that bus/ van can stop to pick up, if your hotel or meeting point is on the street with traffic site is not allowed to stop for pick up, please follow the indication of bus operator to choose another place.

- Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage of maximum weight of 20 kg.

- Ticket refund and change should be made before departure at least 24 hours, in case of group tickets, only ticket refund is permitted and should be made at least 24 hours before departure. refund and change fare are applied. Non-refund or change during Vietnamese holiday time will be apply.

- Passengers are considered as proper e- Ticket owners with valid Boarding Pass and travel/ identification document such as ID card with photo, receipt, bus ticket or confirmation of services by email.

- Bus company does not check bags over its routes. There is no liability for unchecked baggage and personal belongings. Customers should keep their personal belongings, especially valuables such as cell phones, tablets, laptops and medications in their possession at all times.
