Arrival at: Nha Trang city center then transfer by shuttle van to your hotel in Nha Trang city within city center 5 km.

1. Onboarding
- Show up 30 minutes at the office/ticket counter/bus station before for check in
- Show off SMS/Email before boarding
- Do not bring food, smelly food to the bus
- Do not smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs on the bus
- Do not bring flammable objects to the vehicle
- Do not litter in the bus
- Do not make noise in the bus / van
- Take off shoes or sandals before boarding
2. Hand Baggage
- The total weight of hand baggage item(s) must not exceed 7,5 kgs
- Refuse to transport overload/overweight goods
- No refund in case of cancellation due to violation of baggage regulations
3. Children & Pregnant Passengers
- Children under the age of 4 or under 100 cm are allowed to share seat/bed with their parents
- Pregnant women need to ensure health during the trip
- The operator has the right to cancel tickets if passengers do not comply with the regulations on children and pregnant women
4. Animals/Pets
- Animals/Pets are not allowed.
